Match Day Information

Ticket Collections

The ticket office centre is located behind the Main Stand and will normally open from 12pm on the day of a game for ticket collections. Please arrive early to avoid queues. All tickets must be collected by the card holder with the card used to make the booking. If you have ordered tickets from an address out-with the UK, and do not already have your tickets, the purchaser must collect these from the Ticket Centre with photographic ID. Students please be aware that concession checks will be carried out at the turnstiles, so remember your student card. (We accept a valid matriculation card with a photo ID).


All accreditation will be available to collect from the ticket office on the day of the game.

Match Day Opening Hours

All turnstiles, bars, and the Glasgow Warriors clubhouse will open approximately 90 minutes before kick-off.

Tickets are issued in four categories in five stands: Main, North, East, West and North West.

Supporters with tickets for the Main stand should enter via turnstiles 1-9 immediately behind the Main stand.

Supporters with tickets for the North stand should enter via the turnstiles at the north east corner of the stadium, opposite Glasgow Club Scotstoun and beside the Glasgow Warriors Clubhouse.

Supporters with tickets in the North West and West Stands should enter by the West Turnstiles.

Supporters with East Stand tickets should enter via turnstiles in the South East corner.

Seats in all stands are reserved only.

As usual, supporters with tickets for any area of the stadium are free to visit the Kids Zone at the west end pre-match, as well as the food and drink outlets during the match.

North West Gate

This new entrance will significantly reduce the amount of time taken to walk to the ground from Scotstounhill train station.

Please note you must have a valid Match Ticket or Season Ticket on your person for entry at this Gate, there is no ticket collection point or ticket sale facility at this entrance.

Post-match the gate will remain open for 30 minutes after the final whistle for those exiting towards Scotstounhill train station.

Eating & Drinking

Kiosks in the Main stand concourse and behind the North stand will be selling a variety of hot and cold food and drinks, as well as bottled alcoholic drinks.

Refreshment units will also be positioned at either end of the stadium, and will have draught alcoholic drinks available for purchase.

The club’s official performance caterers Martha’s are located behind the CDM Scotland East Stand.

Spectators seated in the Main and North stands are welcome to visit these refreshment units during the game. Please use the units nearest to your seat, as indicated by the signage in the stands. Please make your way to the units using the concrete walkway that runs along the front of both stands.

A clubhouse, selling a variety of drinks including draft alcoholic beverages, will be in operation in the games hall at the north east corner of the stadium.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse will be open pre-match 90 minutes before kick-off and post-match.

Capacity in The Clubhouse is limited, and supporters are strongly advised to arrive early.

Under-18s will be admitted to The Clubhouse until 10pm provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Meet the Players

After the game the players will sign autographs and pose for pictures at the south-east corner of the stadium (between the CDM Scotland East Stand and the Main Stand).

Match Day Programme

A full match programme (priced £3) will be available for each home game in the Guinness PRO14 and European Rugby Champions Cup.

Sellers will be positioned at the Main stand and North east corner turnstiles and in the Main stand concourse.


A full range of Macron merchandise will be available at the stadium on matchdays.

Stadium Information


Scotstoun Stadium is a strictly no-smoking venue, including all external areas. Stewards will be enforcing the policy at all times.

Lost Property

If you lose any property within the stadium, please contact the nearest steward. If you discover the loss after the game, please contact Glasgow Life on 0141 276 1620. 

Baby Facilities

Scotstoun Stadium does not accept pushchairs on match days. You can leave this at the stadium reception when you arrive, if required and collect post-match.

Baby changing facilities are available in the Main and North Stand.

We do not have a feeding room available at the stadium, however our clubhouse is indoors, and has seats / benches which can be used. 

First Aid

If you feel unwell during your visit to Scotstoun Stadium, please inform the nearest steward. A first aid facility is available at the south east corner of the stadium. 


Glasgow Warriors will be stepping up their efforts to increase recycling around Scotstoun in the coming weeks, as the club looks to enhance its green credentials.

All pint tumblers and hot drinks cups will once again be compostable.

There will also be a number of colour-coded bins available for supporters to use around the stadium, making it easier to recycle a variety of products.

Card Payment

All Main Stand/North stand kiosks are cash only. All external units should expect to see card accepted.

Macron store also takes card.

Plastic Bottles

Plastic bottles of soft drinks or water up to 500ml may be taken into the stadium. The lid must be sealed and intact. No alcohol can be brought into the stadium.


Pocket sized cameras are permitted, however large professional cameras are not. By small, we mean pocket size digital cameras or SLR cameras with zoom lenses no more powerful than 300mm. Tripods are not permitted.

Backpacks & Rucksacks

All bags will be searched so please avoid bringing a bag to the game if possible. Small backpacks are permitted, however suitcases or larger items will be denied access. A guide of size is something that will comfortably fit beneath your seat. We assume no responsibility for baggage within the stadium. Rucksacks or similar will be subject to a search before entry.
